N 900HG
900HG is Falcon 900ex s/n 001. It is delightful to fly, responsive
and well balanced. Three engines security over long (we regularly
do Florida-Switzerland) streches of "hostile territory"
(water or desolated areas) keeps my adrenaline flow nice-and-low.
Reliability is great, and when there is a snag, Dassault is
quite good, though espensive. I love her.
I fly this aircraft as an interim transportation system
until the Company receives its new Global Express XRS, due
October 2006.

The HISTORY |
N 16GX
16GX was Global Express s/n 9016. It is a very comfortable
aircraft, mainly for the passenger, but the crew liked the
quietness of the cockpit, low cabin-altitude, which makes
11 or 12 hours flight seem bearable. The aircraft was an eye-catcher
on the ramp and draw many a questions from air-traffic as
to "who fies that high and fast?". All good for
the pilot's ego. As a chief-pilot, I found it a nightmare
to operate.
It went away in August 2005 and the Company should receive
a new Global Express XRS, in October 2006.

The HISTORY |
Lugano-Agno, LSZA
Lugano is not an airport, it's an aircraft-carrier. Mind
you, after a couple of times, you get used to it. The approach
is tightly regulated
and you better not try out before you are certified.. .. ..unless
you do it VFR!!!!!
For more beautiful pictures, go to Avilu.com,
and "thank you to the photographers!!"
It is the best place on earth. You have Swiss precision
and efficiency, somehow a bit dull, while Italian way of life
and food make up for good life. What a mix!!!!!!!!!!.
